There were 2 competitions, 1 for under 11s and 1 for under 13s, with 15 schools taking part. After 2 very exciting competitions, Scoil Mhuire Na Trócaire (Ardee) won the under 11s competition with Donore National School coming 2nd.

The under 13s finished with St Mochta’s National School (Louth Village) winning out and Scoil Mhuire Na Trócaire finishing in 2nd place.

This year’s quiz was our biggest ever with 116 children from the following schools taking part – Ballapousta, Bellewstown, Collon, Darver, Donore, Dromiskin, Drumconrath, Duleek Girls, Heronstown, Louth Village, Mount Hanover, Monastery Ardee, Newtown, Scoil Mhuire Na Trócaire, and Tallanstown. All the young brainiacs showed a great level of knowledge!

The children, parents, and teachers can be very proud of a great evening’s entertainment!
